About Mark Roberts:
Cowboy Mark has lived a life of pursuing his dreams. He grew up in a small town in Missouri, spending time with the rodeo and wanted to be a professional bull rider until he had an accident that changed his course. He graduated high school early at the age of sixteen and decided to pursue his passion for creating things in the kitchen. He studied at L’Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis, Missouri and also spent a year studying in France.
After returning from France, he joined the United States Marine Corps, served one tour in Afghanistan and spent time stationed in Japan. Upon returning from Afghanistan, he decided he missed the kitchen and rodeo life, so he stationed himself in the desert permanently and worked in various kitchens in the area.
His love for horses and the cowboy life led him to pursue line dancing. He has competed in various line dancing competitions, winning several. He has taught lessons to various groups, private lessons and for private parties.
They say cowboys don’t dance, but Cowboy Mark is here to prove them wrong!
